CPM designs for small workpieces machining on cnc. It have a chessboard pole layout and based on permanent magnetic work theory.

The “Mag” and “DEMAG” phase could be easily changed with an large allen wrench. All you need to do is just rotate the wrench 180 degree from OFF to ON position.
Thanks to the chess layout of poles 18 ×18mm, both small workpieces 50×30mm and large parts 1500×800mm could are suitable. It’s very flexible to hold large parts with multi CPM magnetic chucks.
The high performance epoxy resin filled in poles gaps could protect the chuck surface from coolant oil or water.
