Permanent magnetic chuck have a standard option of allen wrench and 2 chuck clamps. It could be easily installed on the machine worktable with screws.
MAG: Switch the wrench 180 degree from “OFF” to “ON” phase, and workpieces could be hold by invisible but powerful magnetic force. Copper stopper on 2 sides could help to prevent workpiece from sliding on the chuck.
DEMAG: Switch the wrench 180 degree from “ON” to “OFF” phase, and workpieces could be released.
Dia 100~400 is the popular size for most of the situation. But Dia 500 or 600mm could be also produced on special request.
Loop line could also be added to locate the accurate position of ring sharp workpieces.
