Permanent magnetic chuck have a standard option of allen wrench and 2 chuck clamps. It could be easily installed on the machine worktable with screws.
MAG: Switch the wrench 180 degree from “OFF” to “ON” phase, and workpieces could be hold by invisible but powerful magnetic force. Copper stopper on 2 sides could help to prevent workpiece from sliding on the chuck.
DEMAG: Switch the wrench 180 degree from “ON” to “OFF” phase, and workpieces could be released.
PPM series have a clamping force similar to permanent electromagnetic chucks. That’s why it coulb be used for clamping special materials like cast iron, carbide alloy and other materials which have poor magnetism conductivity.
PPM series are also widely on EDM (electric discharge machining). The excellent waterproof structure could prevent it from corrosion of coolant oil and water.
Another reason is its low magnetic depth won’t magnetizing spark head.
